TIP'S FOR GATE:
1. Solve some problems after preparation of any topic.
2. After completion of the subject solve the problems related to that subject as many as possible
3. Prepare the subjects by taking some of them as a set
(a) Electronic Devices & Circuits, Analog Circuits and Network Theory
(b) Control Systems & Signals and Systems (with Network Theory topics together)
(c) Communication Systems (with frequency response analysis in analog circuits, control systems and network theory together)
(d) Digital Circuits
(e) Electromagnetic Theory (by comparing field components with electronic components)
4. Instead of preparing once its better to revise as many times as possible (because some of the inter related concepts can understand only after preparation of all the related subjects)
5. So start your revision only after completion of preparation of all the subjects
6. Instead of reading with eyes it's better to read out loudly
7. Try to solve previous years GATE papers. If you are unable to solve with your full efforts then see the solution and learn the concept. Then try the other problems related to the topic. Some times information given in the problem may wrong. So don't loose confidence
8. Don't interrupt yourself while preparing.
9. Don't depend on Facebook groups etc.. much unnecessarily. While most of them are time wasting things for the students
10. Reserve last 2 months for ONLINE-EXAMS to build self confidence. This is very useful to utilize the time properly
11. During the ONLINE-EXAMS you can come to know what mistakes you are doing during examinations
12. According to that you can take some steps to avoid those mistakes in the examination hall
13. Answer the questions only if you are confidant about the answer
